"Stayed for 1 night, staff all friendly and our room was great for a family of 4. Ideal to be attached the pub as we didn’t have to go far for an evening meal after a long day out. Food was lovely and the next morning for breakfast also didn’t disappoint. Will definitely stay again. Thanks "

"Great hotel close to city centre (20min walk from AO arena) Spacious room, comfortable bed, superb rainfall shower, pleasant and friendly staff. Didn’t stop for breakfast but looked impressive. Would definitely recommend hotel and will return next time we are attending a gig."

"Staff were nice, the room was well-furnished for the price (included towels, soap, shampoo, shower gel). The room had a hairdryer, kettle, mugs, with milk/tea/sugar etc. It also had a TV, with a Netflix account already provided. The Google reviews seem to be outdated/don't match, as we were right next to the stairs and didn't hear any noises. It has wifi and the keycard made for easy and secure access. There's street parking around and an RCP carpark near it, plus a bus stop 20 second walk away. Bathroom was clean, bin provided, and shower temperature and pressure was very good. Sheets clean and the double bed was an actual double bed, not 2 singles pushed together. 3 pillows and a throw provided too. Also a fan and heater in the room which were very good additions. "

"Used for overnight stay for gig in Manchester. Met by host on arrival which was good as instructions were to call the contact number before arrival. However, this was just an inaudible recorded message. Room was warm and clean with small kitchen area (tea andd milk provided but no coffee) and bathroom with shower."

"The smell of the rooms made one of my friends became sick. That’s how terrible it was. We didn’t check in we looked for another place immediately and left the place. Awaiting my refund. He said in 7 days. I hope he does something about the dump carpet and makes the place secure. I asked of a fire exit and he got angry. "
