"There is supposed to be a consierge....never saw one in all the time we were there. One of the TV's did not work.even though we notified ,amagement, noone showed up. I understand that is a business but, c'mon,,,,not even a box of tissues. Nothing to make a cup of coffee. I we didnt expect a gourmet breakfast, but always had coffee supplies prepared. The place is just cold and unfriendly. We wont be back."

"I booked 2 rooms due to have 2 adults and 5 children. This place was books several months in advance and the rooms were booked at the same reservation. I was never told how far away the 2 rooms were going to be before arriving. I would have found a larger place. One room was on the first floor all the way at the very of end the very long property. "Staff were wonderful. Room was needing repairs. Tried to open one of the balcony doors and the frame fell off and the door wouldn’t open. Only 2 towels in room for 4 people. Not enough linens until requested. Tv in bedroom was glitching constantly. I prefer my rooms more clean than what I got. Loved the washer/dryer availability. The beach amenities were great. Didn’t use the pool but plenty of people were. Loved the welcome cookies."

"We had the most amazing time at Altair ! The staff was incredibly kind, caring, and accommodating. They even held our luggage when we arrived early and after checkout, which was so helpful. The shuttle to the beach was always comfortable and punctual. Anything we needed, they had, and everyone on the staff was so welcoming and helpful. The A/C unit would run for about five minutes then stop for three minutes before starting again. The noise was so loud coming for the A/C it made it difficult to sleep. The barn door to the bathroom sticks making it difficult or open and close the door. The hand held shower would not work and the rain mounted shower head was very high making it difficult to use.
