"I don’t normally leave reviews but felt I had to on this occasion. The hosts went above and beyond for us. We arrived in Rome early, and nothing was too much trouble for them. We were able to leave our luggage with them, and they provided a map with detailed information that we needed for our day of sightseeing and also refreshments, which was a lovely touch and much appreciated. "Such a good hotel!! Great location, and SO clean! I am on to always check the bedsheets, the shower, the toilet, everything before touching anything and everything was spotless. Makes staying at a hotel so easy. What really made the stay here though was the staff!! "This place was wonderful since owner was very available and gave GREAT instructions on checking in including a video! Cool old fashioned but very quiet elevator if needed. We tried it once for fun but only one flight of stairs. In common area there’s a great espresso machine and tea and sugar available. Also clean extra dishes and utensils were available. Nice towels, and great restaurant just across the street! Close for walking to things we wanted to see and do."
