"It was a really nice place, very welcoming and friendly proprietors and staff. Good food and beer and they went the extra mile by putting a candle on my wife's dessert and sang 'happy birthday' to her. It made her day. "
"The staff were all very helpful. the setting was wonderful but felt the cabin was a bit tired, could do with a bit of TLC but in general was happy with the stay."

"Location was perfect. Jorvik center, the dungeons, the shambles were all within 15 minute walking radius. Breakfast was a decent buffet. Good swimming pool and facilities. "
"I liked the Way it was decorated, in the theme of a log cabin (I really like log cabins )
AND the grounds are Really well looked after.
