"Terrible communication before arrival led to delayed check in and was the cause of great frustration after a long drive. No understanding or apology from the property management, completely opposite response from hotels.com who did their best to resolve the issue and were very understanding. Entering the property we discovered a loudly beeping smoke alarm which we had to take down and remove the battery to stop the annoying sound. "The room was clean and warm, as was the bathroom. The staff were very helpful. However, the bed was quite uncomfortable. The springs made noise and pressed into my back whenever I moved."

"Property was clean however staff could have been more helpful. They wouldn’t let our group of 5 sit together at breakfast although there was an available table because they didn’t want to reset it for lunch. "
