"Would give it a 5 Star rating except for 2 things. 1) More parking space is needed. Spouse and I went to concert and got back to hotel around 11pm and there was no parking spaces available. Usually, you may blame trucks or trailers being the reason but there were none in the lot that I saw, just autos. 2) For everything great about this hotel, and that is 99.9% of things, their choice of toilet paper was horrific. One ply thin sheeted rolls that you'd expect at an Econolodge or some other 1-2...

"Our room was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and personable. The pool was at a great temperature. Unfortunately the Jets in the hot tub were not working. On our last day, the breakfast was delayed in opening because of a staffing issue, but the front desk staff handled it really well. Good variety at breakfast and nice common area near the lobby to play games with our family. We would stay there again."

Pool was out of order, floor was pulled up, the door to our room has a big gap in it witch made me feel very unsafe, the beds were so uncomfortable no one slept good and The elevator was creepy. Over all I didn't get anything I was told I was getting beside a complimentary breakfast. The lady at the counter was very nice though. "

"There were multiple water balloons all throughout our room when we checked in, which meant that the room was not thoroughly cleaned. The staff was not overly helpful when you asked questions. "The laundry was out of order."

"Worst hotel stay ever. There were roaches in our bathroom, we saw two of them as soon as we got there. The floors were still dirty. You could feel your feet sticking to them and also it made a weird noise everytime you stepped. We would have left, except there was a tornado at that point in time. This is not the hotels fault, but the tornado knocked out electricity and we had no AC all night and there was no breakfast (though we probably wouldn’t have eaten it anyway given the roaches.)"
