"No lift! The hotel listing does say that all upper floors are only accessible by stairs (it's a listed building and they aren't able to install a lift) but if you miss that information, it can be a bit of a shock if you are less able-bodied. "Small hotel, well kitted out rooms, very helpful and friendly staff.
Sea view rooms have great views of the sea and the pier. Short walk to the beach or the shopping areas and The Lanes.
Have stayed there many times and never disappointed.

"The sea view was absolutely lovely, the bed was comfortable and the hotel itself has some really nice features. However, there are areas of the hotel that are looking quite tired and in need of some attention.
Our room, for example, had a large section of plaster missing from the wall above the window. When you’re paying good money for a hotel stay, you expect the room to be maintained to a decent standard, and this really let it down.
I also think the spa charges need to be made much clearer....

We enjoyed a nice relaxed breakfast too. Plenty of food and lovely coffee. Thanks again!"

"Clean room. Nice quirky hotel/guest house. Good location. Helpful friendly staff on arrival. No front desk but WhatsApp contact details given. Air conditioning unit very noisy and cannot use without the window open. Good for a stay in the cooler weather out of season but wouldn’t recommend for the weather we are currently having. Ear plugs were supplied by the hotel but I don’t find them comfortable to wear to sleep. I would definitely stay again just not in August."
