"A good location and the hotel was an impressive building in itself. The reception area was clean, large but welcoming, with areas off it to sit or eat and drink looking very inviting. My room was spacious and well equipped. The bathroom was spacious too. The shower tray made rather a noise as I stood on it and moved but it felt secure. I ordered a meal which was nicely served and totally delicious. The wine was very good too. There is a BIG disappointment however in that on the second day I...

"Hotel itself is great, great staff, great breakfast. The problem I have is that I was told via a message from Expedia that I could park at Bristol Broadmead NCP car park, at a discounted rate as a deal with the hotel booking, however no such deal is now in place, so I ended up paying full price of £28 overnight rather than £15, as I had already parked and made my way to the hotel."

"The room and bathroom is all vinyl and/or plastic. Even being aware of the danger, I took a fall stepping out of the shower and only by a miracle I didn’t break my arm or worse, I tried over DAYS to report this to management, but the was never any general manager on site to address my concerns even though I asked the font desk for a call or a contact multiple times. I was nearly very serious hurt, there were no grab bars to help, and not response from non-existing management to help. ...
