"The property was great for 4 adults, especially having the 2 bathrooms. Location wise, it was a nice distance from the beach and very close to Pacific Fair and associated public transport. We used it as a base for the shuttle to the AFL game. Also walkable to Broadbeach. Would recommend. Be aware of potential delays in the checkin / checkout process, but worked out ok."

"Wonderful cute little motel on the GC hwy. Surprised that it was so quiet given the location. Walking distance to beach. Great size rooms, recently refurbed and lovely linen. Would definitely stay again when back on the GC. Friendly staff."

"The two-bedroom ocean view unit was fantastic with sweeping ocean views. We would love to stay again. The standout for our stay was the customer service and responsiveness of the reception staff who took care of us during our one-night stay. The room was also spotlessly clean, which is a credit to the cleaning staff."

"We were able to check in early and offered free parking as some unexpected council water works were proceeding that night. Our child then fell critically ill needing hospitalization by pure chance. Cant thank the night duty guy enough who went above and beyond to help change bedding at 3am and provide extra linen. Prior to this full kitchen and views to ocean and generous living space were enjoyed!"

"The one thing I found very disappointing was the accomodation states it has parking for guests But they only provide a few car parking spaces for Holiday Guests! There was so many” Private Empty Car Spaces” that never ever had any vehicles in them As I returned to the accommodation late ( as my husband was in hospital) All the “Guest Parking “ was full!! And I had to the. Drive around the streets looking for car parking. Probably wouldn’t recommend or stay at this accommodation"

"The room was fab with a great view and the amenities that I needed . I was aware that the indoor pool was out of action but not to the extent that the works were . When I arrived I got to an area fenced for works , so had no idea how to get into the hotel . Luckily a kind resident helped me . Also the outdoor pool was out of action for 2 days which wasn’t brilliant . I understand works happen but a better brief g would have been nice , I would have perhaps booked somewhere else . "This is a very low-level apartment. The fridge failed 3 times, and the food was lost each time. The management simply kept adjusting the fridge when it needed to be replaced. The plumbing is terrible. Most of the other appliances did not work properly. Management needs to be firmer with the owners. I definitely feel robbed on this stay."

"This hotel is located perfectly right in the heart of Broadbeach. The moment you walk out the door , you have eateries, restaurants, bars , clubs even a supermarket & chemist ALL within 200m !! The rooms are exceptionally clean, very friendly & helpful staff. A definite must stay if you're traveling on the Gold Coast. Will definitely visit again some day."

"The check-in process after hours needs to be improved. We were locked out and the after hours wall phone in between the two automatic doors was dead. All of the light switches gave substantial electric shocks to my wife and I. Overall the unit is showing every part of its 50+ year age, including the bedroom doorknob that came off while attempting to use the bathroom in the middle of the night (along with most towel rails etc loose). Bedroom fan very noisey, keeping us up through the night....
