Hotel dekat Brownwich Beach

"Room was nice and clean. My stay was during a heatwave so room was too hot (no a/c) however a fan was provided which was helpful. Breakfast was good. A few upgrades would have made it excellent (e.g. something besides "basic" bread and bottles of ketchup rather than just an open bowl of it on the side). Staff were very pleasant ad helpful. Nice and close to Royal Dockyard and Gunwharf Quays"

"What a lovely stay run by a lovely couple. A quirky friendly B&B within easy walking distance of town ( a little up hill on the way back) Beautiful garden full of interest. A perfectly cooked breakfast in the morning made using good quality produce. Along with cereals, yogurts and juice. Homely and clean. You really felt like a guest rather than just another number moving through. They have two small friendly dogs but kept them out of the way for a guest who felt nervous around dogs....

"The website for the hotel says take in the views from the terrace, what views? We could see nothing but a brick wall and a car park. The room was quite dark with a small window. Bathroom needed updating with no slip mat in the shower, which made it very slippery. No toilet brush so the toilet wasn’t kept clean. We asked for a do not disturb sign for our door, it was useless as we could not close the door when we used it and it just dropped on the floor. Our wardrobe only had three hangers and...

"Lounge & restaurant were ok. Room was small & found beds to be too soft kept sliding off on one side. Room had two single beds & we had wanted a queen or king."

"We did not like their attitude- I enjoy booking with Expedia for the convenience and efficiency, but seemed like booking with third party was a negative ! The hotel is on harbour- but we got the worst room - facing windows of another building. Our flight arrived early - check in is 3:00 pm - understandable that we have to wait - but absolutely no courtesy of even a few minutes earlier. We were there for one night only, getting on a cruise ship next day. Checkout was at 11:00 next morning,...

"The hotel was cozy, and very clean. The food in the bar was is good and the bar do not have all the ingredients when you ask for some cocktail at the menu, but the staff is incredible friendly ,and helpfull. If I returned to Southhampton this is my first option ☺️"
