"The property is situated about 15 to 20 minutes drive from Luzern . The view is beautiful. Our room was.small but very cozy. The restaurant next door is very good. Breakfast was included, so that's a plus. It has a very relax atmosphere. We enjoyed the place. Will definitely come back to stay here again. I find though Switzerland is a very expensive place to visit."

"Location was excellent, only a few minutes walk away from the train, which is only 2 stops away from Luzern. It is also close to the bus stop that takes you to Pilatus cable cart. Breakfast is excellent and there is a supermarket a few minutes walk from the property. There are also restaurants close by. Romm was spacious and clean."

"Wow such a stunning location right on lake Luzern. We had lakefront room with balcony. Beautiful location about 15 minutes drive outside of downtown Luzern. It was too cold to use the pool but they have a nice relaxing wellness center with sauna. They have an outdoor hot tub but apparently you had to reserve in advance (which was not explained when we made reservation) so unfortunately we were not able to use. "Its my 3rd time stay at Ibis Luzern. And always happy to come back this hotel. The location only 5 minutes using a bus from central luzern station (walking around 15 minutes). The room is good and the price so reasonable. They provide a microwave, hot water (coffee and tea) in lobby area. They give a Luzern pass too, so you can enjoy around luzern with free pass. "

Being a boutique hotel, there was very limited staff on-site … including a self checkin and checkout system. Two buildings were combined to yield this hotel, and as a result there is a weird descending / ascending small step transition zone in interior halls between them. Our biggest issue was traffic noise. We had a front corner room, and without AC, had to keep the windows open for...

"The cutest place, had everything we needed, scrumptious breakfast, within walking distance of town/train station/ restaurants/ public buses and very helpful staff. I hope to be back!!"

"I didn't realize this place is not staffed, so that was our only issue when arriving at 10am after an overnight flight with no place to store luggage. A really helpful guy at the plant store next door told us there would be a code to let us in, etc., but with no one to talk to and no way to call due to our limited data plan, it took us awhile to figure it out. If you need to store luggage, there's a luggage storage place inside a jewelry store just a few min walk away (look up Radical Storage)...
