"Very spacious and homey. Room was clean and the onsen was great overlooking mt fuji. Cons, the check out time is too early, you must leave at 10 am which is worst when you come with kids"

"Cet hébergement compte quatre chambres à l'étage. La mienne était propre mais vieillotte (avec 2 lits simples + 1 lit plié contre le mur). Le confort est minimal, la salle de bain n'a aucun chauffage. L'établissement était fermé (non accessible pour les clients) entre 11h et 15h, et on est loin des lieux animés de Hakone. Le propriétaire donne volontiers des conseils. Globalement, je trouve que le prix est très élevé pour la prestation fournie."

"This hotel was good-hearted and the food was Japanese artistry. It is an older property and has a very “mountain lodge” kind of feel. The food was interesting but challenging for an unadventurous North American eater. It goes well beyond sushi to escargot and tiny octopi (squids?) over cucumber and a miso sauce. "房間整潔面積比較細少缺乏舒適感，只能說是夠住的。其他設施空間亦細。膳食西式但份量比較少，自備小小乾糧比較好！用餐出菜時間跟西式所以很慢！服務人員態度是好的！酒店車亦準時和有禮貌！"

It’s a brand new hotel with many amenities, good size room, exceptionally attentive staff plus the owner is incredibly nice and offers all kinds of tours. They also have vilas with private Onsen which we definitely will try next time! "

"Staff were lovely, room was clean with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was small but worked 3 pastries a person a salad and yogurt. Just be aware we booked the "Japanese style Superior room" and there is no shower in this room you have to use the public bath. This was not an issue for us but I feel is good information when picking. Also enjoyed the Spa Hotel up the hill. "
