"We stayed 4 nights. the personal is always excellent, well educated the best.. However the housekeeping was lacking and room lacked basic toaltteries making it less than a 5 star (5 star is about details) We had to call and ask a toothpaste etc. My slippers was taken away and I had to call to get slippers. Also middle of our stay a laundry bags and order plates were removed as well making it impossible to place a breakfast card on the door handle. Not even tipping a housekeeping 20-30 a day...

"This was a delightful stay, and we’d be glad to revisit on our next trip to London. Having been renovated just a few years ago, the hotel and the rooms are spotless. The bed is perfectly comfortable. Who doesn’t love a heated floor in the bathroom? All the staff we encountered were friendly and professional. The Dandy Bar serves up excellent cocktails, and we enjoyed the buffet breakfast twice. We loved the location too – Mayfair can be quite posh and expensive, but it’s conveniently located...

"Perfect stay for my four day solo trip in London. The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation, a grocery store, shops, dining and walkable distance from various London sites. The staff was helpful and pleasant and my stay couldn't have been more perfect. Will definitely book here on my next trip back to London."

"The location of the property can't be beat -it's right off of Regent Street near Piccadilly. The unit was on the top floor, which meant climbing 6 flights of stairs. Once, inside it was quiet and clean. There was a strange, smoky smell in one of the bedrooms, but reception put in an air purifier which cleared it up. We would definitely stay there again."

"Spacious, well-appointed, serviced apartment, tucked away from street noise in Mayfair, a posh neighborhood in Central London. Easy walk to Green Park tube stop, many bus lines, embassies, etc. Bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, dining room, bath, and a large living room, Al for less than the cost of a one bedroom suite at a nice central London hotel. We’d recommend and will return. "
