"We had a really quick stay at the Mercure. We got there from the airport around 11pm and left at 7am for our ferry to Gili Air. The lobby is really nice but the rooms are a bit old. They are clean enough though. It is located really close to a mosque so at 5am we were both awakened by a call to prayer that was very loud. I don't know how anyone sleeps through it without ear plugs to be honest! "

"We come to this hotel since it was build some 8 years go. It have changed owner a few years back but it has stayed reasonably ok. For a 1 night stopover it is ok. Staff is friendly and cehck in / out is quick with no hassle. Be careful with choosing yoru room as the cheap ones tend to be on the street side which is very noisy and starting at sunrise which is 6 am. BF is Asian oriented and sfficient but not a very wide variety to chose. Come after 9 and u find most things empty. The coffee for me...

"While this hotel was still great value for money, there was a significant amount of things thay were not as advertised. The booking should have included a welcpme drink and boasts about having both a swim up bar and restaurant bar, but neither of these bars exist now. It also advises a restaurant abd 24h room service but the restaurant is only open for breakfast. The resort looks as though when it was built it would have been beautiful but I presume COVID hit this place hard.."
