"We have stayed 4 times previously, and often things start to drop off a little after all Rama Residents is about 10 years old now. The friendship shown by staff is first class, everyone from reception, pool guy, restaurant staff and even security guy in the evening treat everyone like we’re all so special.

"We used it as a day stay while waiting for a red eye home and staff were friendly and was in a good spot for last minute shop and beach visit. No elevators so having to get up and down stairs was not great, staff did help on check in - just not convenient."

"The Tribe Hotel was a marvellous spot to recover from the plane trip and have a brief look at Kuta before travelling further in Bali, It is immaculately clean and well maintained and the staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. Breakfast is fabulous despite the somewhat jaggly music. Definitely recommend t The Tribe."
