Because it is a small hotel if you are there for a while the staff really made us feel part of the place and even other guests became friendly with each other. Looking forward to our next stay. "As a 5 star hotel, the experience did not meet the expectations set online We booked a deluxed room, but it was incredibly basic. The room fridge had issues it was changed but if possible staff should avoid this things to happen, the shower temperature was ever lukewarm and with no balcony, there was nowhere to hang wet pool clothes. Dining was also a letdown. The Big Fish restaurant removed the nice fish on the bone meal that appears online, also when requested no spicy and wait staff agree to,...

"We had an amazing stay at La Vie Villa in Seminyak! The villa was beautiful, clean, and perfect for our honeymoon. The private pool and floating breakfast were such a nice touch. "We loved our stay at Rama Garden. Our room was poolside which was awesome & convenient. Bed was large and comfortable. The restaurant is really good & we really enjoyed the seafood. Great spot to watch the AFL. The Rama Garden is ideally located with close proximity to Garlic Lane, restaurants, shopping and popular bars. We will definitely stay here again."

"Can't beat the location. Super short walk to hustle and bustle of shopping and restaurants in Padma and Melasti streets. It was good to be a little back, it meant you didn't get the noise. The villa is beautiful, pool outstanding and the staff super helpful. The breakfast was average. If it didn't come free with our booking we wouldn't pay for it. And they don't supply bottled water, they have a filtered machine. I never trust those so we kept purchasing our own. Please don't think any of this...

"Check in is fine, the amenities inside room very limited just only toothbrush. The shower gel and shampoo isn’t being added and replace. When you’re asking something from housekeeping, ypu have to remind several times, pls more attentive on those kinda of matter since this is 4 star hotel"
