"My husband and I enjoyed Vira Bali. It was close to so much in Kuta. The airport pickup service was awesome. The king sized bed was nice and cozy. We had a great message after our flight. Breakfast was delicious and the property was well maintained. We will definitely stay here again!"

"Hotel was perfect for our stay...Staff were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Rooms were great and also great to have TV services including Netflix, Disney, YouTube etc. Didn't really use the bar and the breakfast was fine but would've expected to have more western staple options including mushrooms, Pastries, cereals and weren't sure why the bacon was being hidden away under the egg station so noone knew it was there. Otherwise it was ok but i found i only had eggs and toast and sausages each day. Was the only downside to our stay but not a major."

"Very clean and maintained well, they cleaned up our room and made the bed every day. Staff so friendly, be ready with your Google Translate app for in-depth questions. Loved the Koi pond, the plants could have used some attention. Breakfast was worth it so we didn’t have to wonder where to go each morning. Quiet hotel but on a busy street so nights were slightly noisy with an ocean view room. "

"The staff and the food are amazing. However, the block where I stayed and my room were badly in need of renovation. Damage to the floor tiles in my room could have led to cut feet if I hadn't worn flip flops and paid careful attention to where I was walking."

"Pool access room did not disappoint! The staff went above and beyond everyday to ensure you were comfortable. We received daily special treats to celebrate my daughter’s breakfast! Happy hour pool side, delivered by staff on a clear boat! $14 for 2 cocktails!! Location is perfect! Everything you need only a few steps away!! Highly recommend!"

"The bathrooms stunk where to be moved out of one of the rooms. The towels weren’t refreshed daily and when they were it was either towels for the pool or towels for the shower. Overall was pretty dirty."
