"Very friendly staff. Room and bathroom was very nice. Some areas were in need of some maintenance. Our first room smelled severely of damp..we raised this with reception who moved us immediately to another room. Rooms were nice and spacious, although you can hear outside or if you have a conjoining room with strangers, you"

"Hard Rock Hotel has to be the best resort to stay at in Kuta. The staff are amazing, the amenities could not be better and it is so central in Kuta - whilst making sure you feel like you are in your own oasis. My family LOVED staying here on our recent holiday and we'll definitely be back!!!"

"The room, a premium bunglalow, was great. Clean and excellent air conditioning and the fridge was very cold. Nice setting with gardens, good pool areas and magnificent breakfast. Only change since we were last there is can no longer see the beach from the property with massive build up of sheds, businesses along the beach."
