Hotel murah di Caimito

"Beautiful property and rooms. However, at this price we were expecting 7 star service and that was not the case. The staff at the pool/bar/restaurant seemed to be bothered when we asked for service. They mostly congregated by the towel area and checked their phones more than they us. You can get far better service in other cheaper hotels. We were hoping to lounge and be take n care of but instead we were told about a 4pm last call (not offered anything) and when the birds took half the breakfast...

"Very nice, extremely clean. A little pricey for a one night stay but the staff was very kind and let us stay the afternoon and use the amenities before we had to make our way back to the airport for a flight home. Beautiful beach, bartenders were super fun to talk to and just as kind as the rest of Puertorican people in general. First time on the island......I would recommend traveling around a bit but this was a lovely end to our 2 week journey. 10/10 would do this again...

"Properly clean/room clean. Not much staff that I really needed to interact with. Pool was nice but often they did not have towels. Breakfast was what to be expected at a continental breakfast. I would say if you are just staying here for a few days, this is the perfect location/hotel. It is an easy cheap uber to airport and most restaurants. Quick ride to old San Juan also. Pretty central to everything. Things to be considered. Only one restaurant on premise (expensive but really great food) No...

"The location, amenities, decor- even the inviting fragrant was PERFECT!!! Two pools- the second floor with changed colors at night and poolside bar, rooftop restaurant with beautiful views. WE WILL DEFINTELY BE BACK!!"

"This place had such potential and should be one of the best hotels in the area but unfortunately is for from it! The location is great but the hotel is extremely run down and outdated. One of the elevators wasn't working and the one that did work took forever. The hotel has its own beach, two pools, one of which is saltwater and a jacuzzi. Sounds good right? Well, the pools had mold on the interior edges... Can't one of the maintenance people get a power washer and clean them? Horrible! The room...

"Beautiful views and a good location! The staff was very friendly and every person we interacted with was great! The restaurant was delicious!! Snorkeling and restaurants walking distance. We had an accessible room for some reason and when we showered the whole bathroom floor would be soaking wet so we would slip around which was annoying. Our door was broken and very hard to open and close. I felt bad for the other guests when I had to leave early for an excursion because my door was so loud...
