"The room itself was nice. The staff very nice. The shower pan in the room I stayed needs replacement. It felt like we were going to fall through to the first floor. The bed was ridiculously firm. I feel it would have been more comfortable to sleep on tge floor. And if I was a short person good luck getting on the bed. It was so tall. Breakfast consisted of those amazing waffles, fresh fruit. Boiled eggs, yogurt, oj, coffee, bagels, sweet rolls, toast, English muffins. No meat. No oatmeal. So if your diet is restricted bring food. There is an icemaker and gym on bottom floor. The pool was closed. The shower was small, and the carpet was coming up by the bathroom door. As soon as I got to the room I spent 15 minutes sneezing. And when it came time to sleep. I had to door dash nasal spray so my husband could sleep "

"The staff members were amazing! They were helpful and actually seemed like they enjoyed their jobs. The hotel was comfortable and the kids had a great time. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Sacramento. "

"Room smelled like smoke upon arrival. We arrived later than time approved just in case. Air conditioning also brought in smell of smoke. Staff is nice and friendly but just hate coming to a hotel or inn that smells like smoke. "

"The AC was loud, and since it's centralized, i had to hear it all night long, as they would not turn it down. This did not allow me to sleep well. Unfortunately, i won't be coming back to this hotel."
