L'hôtel a un certain âge mais tout est en de bonnes conditions. Le seul petit hic était une odeur dans la chambre. Je retournerais à cet hôtel. NOTE: L'hôtel nous a prêté du 'bearspray' sans frais pour notre semaine à l'hôtel. "

"We loved our stay at Copperstone Resort. The place was very clean and there was an indoor garage. The kitchen had nice & new appliances and had everything we needed - plates, utensils, pans, chopping boards, etc. We had a laundry room with washer & dryer, but no detergent so we just had to buy. There were 3 bedroooms, which was really perfect for our family of 5."

"The thermostat did not work, making the room too hot to sleep despite opening the windows.Several attempts to contact the hotel went unanswered.Left after one night of two night stay as I was feeling ill due to lack of sleep.Getting to room was an obstacle course due to mattresses in hallway from renovations.Hallways were filthy due to renovations.The room itself was fairly clean though. Can not recommend due to lack of management feedback or concern."

"Stayed there for 4nights. Had an amazing experience. Located just a mile away from the downtown Banff and they provided shuttle pass to go downtown without worrying about parking. Place is very quiet and in the middle of nature. "
