"Good"

"The Hilton was in a great location and staff was very helpful and friendly. It was close distance to the park, the train, plenty of food options and a great view of the lake. It is a huge hotel with large groups coming and going -- it's not an intimate experience. This is neither a pro or con, just good to know. It was very loud at times in the lobby and in our hallway. Never became too much of an issue, luckily. Our room was a decent size with two bathrooms, which was nice, but the room didn't seem thoroughly cleaned. I found an empty water bottle and some balled up wrappers behind the desk, and a sock behind the chair in the room. Overall we had a nice stay, but I might look elsewhere next time for somewhere that I felt was a bit more personable."

"The place is clean. But it’s definitely a different vibe than the pictures. Staff wasn’t rude but didn’t go out of their way to help me or anything. Stayed on my own and had to park car and bring luggage around by myself. And then had the security guard joke that the buckingham wing my room was in is the haunted section…. I know the hotel has a reputation of being haunted but to tell a girl that’s obviously by herself? I was too freaked out to sleep the entire first night I stayed."

"When I first got to the hotel to see if there was an early check in had to wait 15 mins at the front desk for someone to help. My room did not get cleaned and nothing got restocked I stayed there for 2 nights. There was a chair in the room that had a broken leg which was concerning. "

"The staff at this Hyatt Place were exceptional Alondra, Steve and Ryan were the nicest accommodating front desk staff I have ever met! Everything exceeded our expectations!"
