"This hotel was a huge disappointment from the moment we checked in. The room was dirty and felt very old and poorly maintained. The bathroom was especially bad—the toilet and sink made loud, unpleasant noises every time they were used, and the shower was visibly dirty. My daughter’s room had a leak, and while maintenance did come to fix it, they left standing water behind as if it was our responsibility to clean it up.
