"It was quite hot in the room I had due to the weather / heatwave. There was a fan but no air-conditioning or easy access to cooler spaces.
The room would probably be fine in cooler weather / times of the year. Fortunately, I was mainly using it just as a bed for the night as I had lots of other things planned for my 2 days in London."

"The property was in an ideal location, just off Trafalgar Square. The room however was not that great.
The room was extremely small with a huge pillar in the centre of the room.
The TV wasn’t working. The bathroom/toilet door wasn’t working properly and got stuck shut on two occasions.
The shower also didn’t work properly due to a bent hose that let very little water out.
After complaining to the front desk, all the issues were sorted the following day.
