"The property is old, but don’t let that deter you (the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars)! Our room was clean, had a beautiful view, close enough to downtown to walk everywhere but far enough from the noise, beds were very comfy, great water pressure in the shower - I cannot recommend this hotel more. Will definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in Vancouver! "

"Amazing hotel , super clean and comfortable room and the view was spectacular ! We just were not impressed at all with the Saturday night Jazz dinner buffet at the Ocean 999 on the lobby level. It was overpriced for what was offered. Lots of carbs and underseasoned food. Would definitely stay there again in the future and stay clear of that restaurant. "

"Your staff are wonderful and kind. The only thing I find most irritating is if I’m paying almost $600/night I at least expect to have water available in my room daily. This is basic hospitality, do better. If you fix this you get a 100% mark from me. I have stayed at Marriott Waterfront property 5 times now and this irks me every single time to the point now I’m thinking I should try a different hotel. "
