Room well kept and well furnished and had wonderful bay view. Loved the little seating are at the floor to ceiling windows. Staff were lovely and friendly and appeared to remember us from previous visits

Holiday Inn Express Cardiff Bay by IHG
The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room a reasonable size. There was an iron, ironing board and hairdryer. The shower was a good size and worked well. The breakfast was ok, a usual fry up, croissants, cereals, fruit juices and tea and coffee.
