"The staff were exceptional. The staff made this hotel a more special place to stay. The location and views were excellent. Breakfast buffet was full of choice, whatever you prefer, and the sausages particularly good for large scale catering. Poached eggs were superb. Loved the room, but PLEASE put some hooks on walls for hanging up wet raincoats. Ended up hanging them on the TV! Somewhere to hang towels in bathroom would be good too!"

"We had a lovely stay
Pros:
Helpful, friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Pillows galore upon request. Large room by London/European standards. Iron and hairdryer in room, soap and shampoo provided. Location, location, location! We were 20 min from each theatre we attended and easy walking distance from three Tube stations and a variety of bus stops. Lots of restaurants a block away and a Tesco Express for essentials.
Cons:
Water pressure was poor, common for my London experiences. Wish we'd had...

"This is not a 5 Star hotel. Cleanliness not perfect. I was first placed in a room that smelled of cigarette smoke. I was moved after I called the front desk. Room was super noisy from 7 am till late night. Faces a street where restaurants, pubs and early morning delivery trucks are constant.
The crazy thing about this hotel is that I was “told” at checkout that there would be a charge of 80 GBP on my VISA. When I questioned it, I was told it represents 5% of my bill “for the staff”. After I...

"Stayed 7 nights in deluxe category for work. Great location! Room (esp. bathroom) is on the smaller side, but clean. Bedding was comfortable too. However, not an ideal setup for the light sleepers (=me). Hotel has two rows of rooms with a narrow hallway in-between. One row faces the street, where cars run all day long and/or trucks load/unload cargo in the middle of nights. The other row faces the Shepherd market where pubs are located. Fact check needs to be done, but believe that...
