"This hotel has been rode hard and put up wet. The lobby area needs upgrading and the front desk folks could be a more professional. It just had the wrong vibe. The rooms are ok. The AC worked well and the bed and bedding was really good. This hotel will work for a quick overnighter if you have an early flight out of Charlotte Douglas. You are very close to the main entrance of the airport. Just don't expect it to be as good as it looks in the photos. Overall, it is ok, but not at the top of my list. "

"A great comfortable place to stay close to central Charlotte. The Kasa was clean and well supplied with everything needed for normal living. We did not cook or use the washer/dryer, but it all there if needed. I liked that it was on the ground floor and close to the building exit. It was easy to get to the car when needed. My only wish would be that they would provide at least one streaming service for TV viewing such as Hulu, You Tube, Sling, Direct TV, etc. For our first time staying here, it was a bit confusing as to where to park and how to find the right building. Building needs to be identifyed better as Building 4 that can be easily seen when following better directions to parking such as go to the end of Molton street and enter the parking gate there. In any event, we ask some people out walking and were given some good info on the building and parking. It was easy after the first time. Parking in this area is at a real premium but inside the gate area made it easy."
