"We booked a long-term stay for December 2025 through January 2026 for our wedding, honeymoon, and winter break. On December 30, 2025, housekeeping entered our cottage and left the door open. Our dog escaped during this time. We were not notified for approximately two hours. The property owner did not contact us directly or provide an incident report. "Very clean resort the staff 7 out of 10 are rude or just seem mad to be there. No robes in room unless you’re VIP. Restaurants aren’t really good and there’s a limit to the all inclusive. The à la carte restaurants aren’t really à la cart is a set menu and everyone is getting the same thing. While in restaurants or buffet you cannot get drinks only beer and wine.
