"The service is exceptional. Elio will help you with scheduling water taxis and other services. Great restaurant recommendations. There is no food in the hotel. The property is located in the center of Venice in a great location. The room is very clean and beautiful. The room was smaller than anticipated after viewing the photos. The room had a small bathroom with a shower, no tub and a small closet."

"This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here. "

"Fantastic location right on the canal by the rialto bridge! It was great being able to walk right out of the room into the heart of the city. "Venice is one of those complicated cities to navigate so it's hard to optimize for the "best location". It was a bit of a long walk and lots of stairs from the train station and bus terminal. Even if you take a vaporetto it's a winding walk through the streets---only a taxi could get you conveniently to this hotel. But it's in a pleasant neighborhood that's pretty chill and about equidistant from most of the things you want to do. Gondola rides are right around the corner. It's about a 40...

"Room was clean and the property is beautiful with some beautiful artworks. Staff was nice and pleasant. The older people working there are amazing, and the young can definitely learn from them. Simon was especially wonderful. When I checked in I was not told about the pool nor did I use it- I would have liked to take a peak at it for sure though! The hotel rooms are comfortable but they sorely need a coffee machine! A Nespresso would be ideal. I would visit and stay again. "

"We had a wonderful stay during an April weekend. The staff are outstanding. Linda at reception and Sonia in hospitality are so helpful and welcoming. We had a room with a comfy King Size bed and room for a third person on the sleeper couch. The bathroom is big. The property is perfectly decorated. The room has a coffee maker, and tea kettle and cookies. There is a cozy relaxation room on the second floor with the same amenities to enjoy a hot drink and cookies. Hotel location is excellent; ferry right next to hotel and restaurants and Ice Cream shops just a few minutes walk. Highly recommend this hotel, especially for first time visitors."
