As you cannot bring your car into the medieval city, the hotel has an efficient system in which you park outside the city and the hotel arranges for your bags to be delivered. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had a great time. "

"We loved staying at the hotel, the staff were all very friendly, the rooms were comfortable (Although the air conditioning could have been a bit better). Everywhere was spotless and constantly being tidied up. The cost of food, snacks and drinks was resonable but we found the breakfast a bit expensive as we don't eat much in the morning and there was no options to get a smaller, cheaper, breakfast. "Loved this hotel. Really clean and comfortable, and the location is great. Both for the citadel and the restaurants and shops further along Rue Trivalle. The pool and seating area were a welcome place to relax and cool off. The staff were all friendly and welcoming (and spoke good English if, like me, your French isn't the best!) Secure parking an added bonus too."
