"Great stay! Room was clean. The only downside was there was no microwave in the room and the fridge froze all of our food. Otherwise, great family hotel! Love the Starbucks right there!"

"Overall our stay was comfortable. Hoever, many things are outdated in the rooms and the cleaning job was atrocious! Hair in the bed and on the pillows, greasy hand and head prints on the headboard, lightbulbs burned out, loose table legs, shower curtain ripped, toilet filthy, bedding looked slept in and unchanged, fridge freezer not defrosted and generally just unsatisfactory cleaning done in the room. More thorough inspections should be done after cleaning the room to ensure customer satisfaction as it appears staff are untrained, lazy and/or cut corners....unacceptable in this industry!!"
