"Staff was very friendly and accommodating for our special needs, with one of us having a disability and with our having our pet dog along. Beautiful quiet surroundings, lots of security features making our stay very peaceful. We really loved it here!!!! Room was very nice, clean and comfortable! We just wished the town had a nice family restaurant or even fast food restaurant. We had to find food at the gas station convenience store. So be sure to come prepared if you need a supper. But...

"Not clean, had mold and mice in my room. Staff scattered mouse poison pellets inside my room. Bed sheets have cigarette hole burns in them and the mattress underneath was filthy and stained. "

"The room is very clean with all the things we need to feel at home. However the shower could use an upgrade. The king room has enough chairs for two and room to spread out. Staff has been very personable and friendly. And the lounge upstairs is great for a quick snack almost any time of the day and evening"

"Location is about 15 mins from west edmonton mall . There are alot of food options inside bc sa property. The hall way has some smell and beds are not comfortable. The pool looks big in the picture but just a regular size in actual. Good for a night stay."

"The rooms and food were amazing same with the hotel front desk but the service in the bar/ restaurant needs to change. I come here every year for past 4 years for my birthday and have never had a problem but when me and my partner went for breakfast there was ZERO customer service and made us feel weird even question ourselves if we did something but we were sitting at a table the waitress came up and said “Hiiii” that’s it… just hi and then looked at us so after a moment of silence I had to ask...
