"Room was clean. Staff was friendly, conscientious, and helpful. Breakfast was the usual-bagels, cereals, scrambled eggs etc. This was my second stay at this hotel. It was just as I remembered. I would definitely stay here again."

"We were incredibly disappointed with our recent stay at this hotel. When we booked, no one mentioned that the entire floor and amenities had been reserved out by a private group for Shabbos which completely ruined our weekend.
We were completely barred from using the pool and the hot tub because the private group had locked them down.
The common areas in the hotel lobby were completely taken over by the event. We were told we could not be in the lobby and made to feel like outsiders in a...
