"We stayed for 2 weeks this trip. Blanca was very attentive and kept our room clean. Martha, Jesus and all the kitchen staff are excellent. Lalo is very friendly and willing to answer questions. If you need a blender or whatever just ask! I had seen negative reviews from when we were there in February from entitled people who were rude to us while we were staying and made issues with all other guests. "A beautiful and enchanting hotel. We only stayed there for a short while but it was truly short and sweet. The vibes were especially peaceful, and the neighborhood it was in too. The architecture was jaw droppingly beautiful and unique. A mix of Mexican Boho and classical. We also loved that it was walking distance from the airport. My wife and I walked 15 minutes to get there. We recommend for any length of stay. This place is truly a hidden gem!"
