"We had an excellent stay at Fiesta Americana. We visit often and this in now our new favorite hotel. Service was excellent from the front desk to the pool waiter. Special thanks to Miguel, Jose, Manuel, Ruby, Gabriel & Christian. What really pleased us is when my son had an earache we were going to take a taxi to the pharmacy, they called the pharmacy themselves, ordered the medication for us, and had it delivered to the hotel within 45 minutes! "We had a great two days here, the staff is amazing and so nice, they were very considerate. Erika, Saul, and Christian were especially nice and went out of their way to help us. Erika made my partners birthday more special with some wine sent to the room and all the food we had at dinner was great as well, some of the best AI food (from the menu, we didn’t try the buffet). Shout out to the diving shop at the resort too, they squeezed in a dive for us and Gregory and the shop owner helped us out...
"We loved our stay here. Villas El Encanto is located in a quiet residential area with lots of lovely bakery and breakfast options nearby. Our accommodation was excellent. 5 of us (incl 3 teenagers) stayed in a very cool and comfortable family cabin with filtered water and a fully equipped kitchen area. We enjoyed the pool area as well as the pretty garden. Thank you so much for a lovely stay - the kids were very sad to say goodbye to the dogs :-)"

"this is the 5th time my family has stayed with this resort. Please, i highly recommend providing juice atleast but preferably coffee as early as 4am. To not provide any liquids for your customers and be told to go to 7/11 i do not feel is acceptable. Outside of this, we love this place."

"Great place for a stay in Cozumel! "Older", but very clean and well kept. Great central pool, which is fantastic for our toddler who is learning to swim! The food was pretty good, we ate at the buffet for breakfast, beach club for lunch, and had room service at night. The coolest feature is the private beach club.
