"First of all this is not a 24/7 hands on place at all. The front desk only works from 8am to 10 pm. So if you have anything that you need you won't get it. If the pipe burst, need towels, light bulb you won't be able to get anything ontil that time. So emergency around that time isn't available. Outside my room iheard a loud bang. "Location was absolutely key! While the hotel is a bit older, it still offers a nice stay. There was a water pipe issue, but it was out of their control, and they thoughtfully provided water for guests. Remember, it's an island, and sometimes things happen! "The villa had the most breathtaking views! Staff was friendly and greeted us with a cool beverage. The villa was immaculate with all necessary amenities including coffee, sugar and cream. The on-site restaurant also offers amazing views, excellent food and beverages. Will definitely return to this property!!"

"It rained the day we arrived and when we got there, the whole kitchen and living room were flooded and the rug was soaked for the whole 7 day trip so the whole house stunk of mildew the entire trip. "The rooms are large and clean, we had a 2 bedroom. Getting a shuttle to come pick you up is next to impossible so you have to walk up and down steep hills or stairs. The gym is very small.."
