"The entire place was spotless, floors gleaming. The bed sheets were crisp and all the surrounding windows created an amazing and very private view. Great wifi and amazing hot showers. The breakfasts at Geckos were hearty and delicious, such a warm and welcoming space and Charlie's homemade jam, juices, hot sauce, and mojitos were the best! We loved it so much we booked a cooking class with Scott Alan. It was so much fun and is definitely one of the highlights of our time here in Costa Rica....

"The bungalows are a bit rustic, which I loved. My bungalow was very clean, the bed and pillows are comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and has a great shower. The AC works well. There’s an area by the sink to hang clothes. The refrigerator is spacious. The desk was perfect for me to set up my laptop. I needed to borrow an adapter from the front desk, which was no problem. Overall, it was a great stay and I would stay there again."

"Ein wirklich sehr schönes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Es gibt eine „draußen“ Küche zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung und diverse Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten draußen. Sehr gemütlich. Der Pool ist auch sehr sauber und schön. Wenn man Glück hat sieht man den El Arenal. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend, man kann aus 4 Optionen auswählen und auch das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit, nett und engagiert. "
