"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. "In a very good location close to Victoria station but quiet. Check in was fast. The rooms are new and big enough and everything worked. It was clean and so were all areas we passed. Loved the shower especially. Breakfast was good with a wide selection. Have stayed in other Riu hotels abroad and love the group. Stayed one night but will certainly stay there again."

"Overall I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It’s got that old charm with modern touch. My next door guest room played music very loud all night until 3am. "Easy check-in, the rooms are comfortable and clean. Not so sure about the glass shielded shower/toilet area as it doesn’t give you much privacy and it’s a tight squeeze to dry yourself off. The bed is on the hard side but this doesn’t prevent a good night’s sleep. Aircon seemed to be a bit hit and miss and I couldn’t get a good signal on the TV. Very minor criticisms, though, and I’d definitely stay again."

"Outstanding Hospitality!
As soon as we arrived at the Royal Horseguards Hotel we were warmly greeted by the doorman Mr. Pervez. Mr. Pervez along with the desk staff treated us like royalty.
The hotel lobby is stunning. The room was comfortable. I don't recommend the rooms with views of Thames during the spring/summer months because the foliage obscured the view. The Breakfast Buffet offerings were diverse and yummy.

"Overall, our stay was okay, but there are a few things future guests should be aware of. The room was significantly smaller than it appeared in the photos. There was very little space to open suitcases, and storage was none existent, making it difficult to organize clothes and personal items during our stay.
