"Very convenient location near Earl’s Court underground station. Also walkable to restaurants and shops. Clean comfortable room and friendly staff. Tea & coffee plus fresh fruit always available in lobby which is nice if you are on the go. Only negative was the lift was not working but the staff helped me with my luggage. Would stay here again. "The hotel being in Terminal 5 of Heathrow Airport is very convenient to get some rest for an early morning flight next day. Rooms are big and comfortable beds. Staff are friendly. This was our 2nd stay at this hotel. Highly recommend. "
