"Very small room for 2. Bathroom was directly in room could barley open bags. Good location in city just not many amenities or fridge. "

"The room was serviced every day of the four we were there. Staff was very kind and cheerful. Lots of restaurants nearby and about a 10 minute walk to the underground. I tried the breakfast on checkout day and found it to be very nice. Many selections to choose from and they just charge the room. Would definitely recommend."

"I had a great stay here when in canary wharf for meetings. Although the hotel is little dated for a 5*, it has an amazing leisure centre access with beautiful riverside pool. The staff were all really attentive and fantastic. Particular shout to Cindy who was super helpful to me on reception. Really appreciate it. "

Zunächst einmal hatten wir nicht den bei Expedia abgebildeten "Riverblick" auf den historischen Stadtteil und das Parlament, sondern genau in die Gegenrichtung nur auf moderne Hochhäuser am Fluss. Wir hatten ausdrücklich ein Zimmer mir Flußblick gebucht. Hinzu kommt, dass das Zimmer nur in einem befriedigenden Zustand war, an vielen Stellen nicht richtig sauber oder aber abgewohnt. Drei der Pumpspender, Seife und Bodylotion, waren leer. Nach der ersten Reklamation...
