The room I got was smaller and of course I booked a regular room and not a suite, but it was clean, had a window where I can view and wave at people crossing the small bridge, and a small canal with gondola’s passing thru, and a restaurant across. The noise was minimal during the day, and quiet at night. There was attention to every detail and they had the key out practically before we walked in the door. Concierge was amazing. All the staff were wonderful. I even had our clothes washed and they were ironed to perfection the next day! Chocolates on our pillows a glass dome with little treats in our room! We will always come back to Londra Palace and the Relais and Chateau’s hotel...
