"Regular service was good and exceptional from breakfast attendee. They do a little "managed free" tour to Murano which is collaborated to certain company that does no tour for island at all. Just a visit to that company and selling, and nothing more than that, no history explanation or even touring the island. They should explain or print out detail explanation for tourist as it is first time visit there."

"I just can’t believe it’s a 4 star hotel with an average service. Room is covered by dust, hairdryer is kind of broken, they provide a cheap shampoo & shower in one small bottle even without conditioner. Reception staff are a little bit cold and treat people differently. With their price, you could do better."

"The studio was beautiful, very clean, and the staff was super friendly. It was also in a great location. However, carrying our luggage up to the room was extremely difficult. Our suite was number 4, and we had to climb approximately 66 stairs, which felt like going up six floors. It was honestly exhausting and very inconvenient with suitcases. Although the studio itself was lovely and well located, I would not recommend it to anyone traveling with heavy luggage or who has difficulty climbing...

"It is a nice hotel but for our family we wanted 2 rooms with 2 bathroom suite and they were unable to accommodate"

"We traveled with a large party of 13 family members ranging from the ages of 15 to 74. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices and included eggs, sausage, fresh juices and different types of coffee. The only negative was the stairs you had to go up and down with your luggage but the staff was so wonderful and helped us with that as well. Thank you!!"
