"Great location in Venice, a short walk to St Mark’s Square. Room was consistent with Venetian style decor. Also overlooks the canal and a bridge which makes it a wonderful place for taking photos. Opening the door through the app was not straightforward but there is option to get a physical key instead. Check in was done online and was hassle free. Room was ready when we arrived. Would stay here again."

"Lovely room and a great breakfast with hot and cold options to suit everyone. We were on the top floor in room 3007 which had a connecting door with the next room. Not something we needed as it was just the two of us but it would've been great if we were with the teenage kids. The location was also great. Close to St Mark’s but tucked away enough to have a quieter atmosphere. It was really quiet at night… we slept well. "

"This is a must stay if you’re going to Venice and seeking a luxury hotel. The rooms are beautiful, as well as the hotel overall. There is a courtyard that felt so indulgent after a day of exploring. The location allowed us to pop in and out and explore at our own pace. While all of that was excellent, the main reason you should stay here is because of the service. Having four kids wait in the rain after a long travel night and the staff not arrive on time for 10am was tough. We just wanted to drop our bags but had to wait outside for some to show up to do so. Same problem with check out day - you lose you ability to access the building so although you can leave your bags, you are locked out of the...

"We had a suite. It was room 403. While it was spacious, it could have been better lit. I found it difficult to see clearly in some areas of the suite. There were portions of hard wood along with carpeted areas, however the carpeted areas could have been cleaner. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and kind. Overall a very good experience."

"Got the triple room - very nice includes a real queen size bed and a day bed. The day bed is firm but the queen bed has a nice mattress. Bathroom was nice and big. It was in a great location 8 min walk to the san Marco square - and Great launching point for activities. Breakfast was killer - really enjoyed it!"
