"Don't stay here..stay away. We booked 2 rooms. One of the rooms didnt have a working ac, had no windows to open.again this was in early july when it was hot here in London. They didnt have any other room to move us. Moreover they had just 1 double bed for me and my son. They had/were supposed to have given us 2 double beds as the booking said "multiple beds". They could not add/ roll in another bed. So no ac, room with no windows, no proper bed, provided 2 fans upon requesting them thrice....

"It’s hard to give any negatives when the hotel was decorated so lovely, staff helpful and good price in a nice area and also a good quality fan in the room. But it was 30 degrees and the AC was blowing no more than I could myself and we let housekeeping know as we had our door wedged open but nothing came of it (also no window). Our shower was stuck at chest hight so we couldn’t wash our hair without crouching, the first night I woke up with around 10+ bites and with no window this is...

"The room was clean and had everything that was needed for a few days. The TV, kitchen and bathroom were great. The bed was very soft and not very comfy.
Check in was a bit of a worry as they do ask you for a deposit of £50 and don't give the access codes until that was done. I arrived after 6pm and there was no-one there so it created a bit of a panic until I managed to get a reply and they gave me the codes.
Overall the room was pleasant and within easy walking distance of Golders Green Tube...

"The room is very cramped which I expected. Everything was clean but the main issue is noise. I could hear people stomping around above me until 1am. The apartment overlooks a busy street with beeping from a pedestrian crossing and sirens wailing from emergency vehicles all through the night. The bed was deemed is quite fragile and creaks every time you move or turn over in the night.
Some of the noise issues could be resolved by putting in another layer of glazing. "

"You Do Not Want to Stay Here
I was shocked when I arrived at the property. Even before I entered, it was clear the building is quite rundown. Empty planters with styrofoam in them. Weeds. Some loose garbage along the drive. Entering, there’s a lack of fresh air and attention to detail.
I entered my room to find a tiny, rundown space. Needed to be aired, but the window is locked shut. The walls are scratched and stained, the desk and fridge / cupboard area are old and covered in bubbled...

"I will start with the positive, the hotel has free onsite parking, is in a fantastic location (walk out of the hotel turn left then turn right 8 minute walk you are at Golders Green underground stop or Golders Green bus station) the bedding and towels were clean and soft and the two ladies on reception are so lovely and helpful. And a very reasonable price for 2 nights.
Now the not so positive... the hotel is very tired and dirty. It needs a full refurbishment throughout. Our room was very tired...
