"Beautiful hotel on the beach. Very friendly staff. Everyone was very helpful. The breakfast is really good with lots of options. The pool was amazing. The only reason I'm not given 5 stars is the quality of the beds in the room. I stayed in the family room which has two bedrooms. The main bedroom had one king size bed, however the bed was very hard. The other room had two single beds roll together. They were very uncomfortable and the beds moved when you sat on them. I didn't like the beds at...

"The hotel has everything for kids and restaurants are nearby in abundance. The sea at the time we were there (April) wasn’t super Thailand like clean. Found it strange that the hotel bar was empty and not showing any sports on the tv. It needs an update and you could see signs of it having been empty during Covid. Staff were friendly, apart from when we asked for sports coverage in the then empty bar for the kids to watch. "

"Stayed here for 14 nights over Easter holidays Family of 4. The property is quiet away from the Hussle and bustle of Jontiem and Pattaya but close enough to get a cheap bolt taxi when you want shopping, restaurants and nightlife. The staff are great and the hotel is clean and tidy. We had a 2 bedroom suite which was large and very comfortable."

"Everything about Royal Cliff is absolutely stunning. The views are unbeatable, the pool is beautiful and the service is amazing. My ONE complaint that would prevent me from staying again was the fact that I was moved twice due to a mildew smell in the room and every single room (even the one i stayed in for a week) had this awful STRONG odor of mildew. Everything else was phenomenal but the smell truly was a problem. Staff were kind and helpful but there didn’t seem to be a real solution to this...
