"The best stay ever staff are extremely helpful and go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. I had a few issues with one of my bookings, Casey on of the managers at the Leonardo London Watford corrected everything straight away. As a person who stays in hotels all over the world I’ve experienced many different ways with problem solving. Casey’s customer service was outstanding! So professional and nothing was too much. "The room was not properly cleaned and we had to clear hairballs and dust. We cleaned the room ourselves before unpacking. The shower flooded the bathroom and it had obviously done this before as the bathroom door was rotten - bits of wood coming out. Mould around the edges and the towels were stained. Also had to request a second set of towels which were given to us in the bar and not put in our room. Disappointing for a large chain. Would not recommend staying here."

"Nice clean room, comfortable bed. Great proximity to Harry Potter Studios and walking distance to a yummy pub. Off-street parking. Note shared bathroom. We had noisy neighbors at 2 am but not the fault of the B and B."

"Very much appreciated our 2 portable fans, but unfortunately due to London heatwave and Premier Inn not having aircon in bedroom, it was very uncomfortable for sleeping. All other facilities in room excellent."

"This hotel is good value and in a good location. The beds are comfy, and nice decor. I feel the TV is too small, bathroom tap is very wobbly, and the corridor and doors paintwork is very scratched and shabby. I did put about the paintwork on last review a couple of months ago when we stayed, but nothing has been improved. Just needs a lick of paint and it would be much better! My bathroom door also looks very shabby and disintegrating at the bottom."
