"The accommodation was very good. Most staff were friendly, just the check in process was annoying because they charge a lot of money if you are there early (and more to have a late check out). So be aware and plan ahead. Also the person at check in told us we had to use the computer on the other side of the lobby rather than just helping us… and didn’t tell us there was a fee so we had to check in multiple times before we could actually get our room. Besides that everything was clean, great...

Minor inconveniences- the steamer in the room didn’t work well at all and menu options were limited in lobby restaurant with long service times. Location was convenient to public transportation. "We loved our stay here! Super convenient location to everything in downtown and Lake Michigan. The hotel was clean and well stocked and the high ceilings made the room feel much bigger. The bar downstairs was great and we were given free drink tickets each night."

"This hotel is nice, however it feels that they use exclusive memberships to prioritize rooms and experience. We had some issues in the room, and while they were receptive and accommodating, it feels like these things slip because they're trying to impress the membership guests. "

Make friends, have 24 hour access to huge well maintained common area: fully stocked commercial kitchen, pool tables, ping pong, the softest, cushiest chairs that you just fall into, be invited to daily events. Such a walkable area, so many eateries, bars, and shopping, steps from public transportation. I stayed here one night for convenience sake, I'm back for a second stay, have become a member, and booked in several other...

"I was given the option to pay extra for a Lakeview for the room, which I did the room. I actually got there was no view of the lake, and when I asked about it, the staff said that they cannot guarantee a lake view room, even though on the app, I clicked unlike your room and had to pay extra for it."
