"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). "The location is great. The hotel is kept and maintained brilliantly. Sadly, my stay and sleep was ruined by some very loud drilling and banging in the very earlier hours of Saturday morning.
When I told the staff about this all they said was that they would look into and walked off.
Overall, brilliant hotel. Just a terrible experience which I hope is a one off."

Breakfasts were really good, the service was amazing.
The smell of Gardenia/Jasmin was too strong in the foyer and elevator

Very clean and comfortable
I didn't like the bar code for dining in, half the time it didn't work.
The bathroom did not have an outlet. Doing your hair next to a sleeping person isn't optimal. The only outlet with a mirror is beside the bed.
The shower taps should have indicators showing how to use them.
I almost slipped out...
