"The staff lacks as they are not really there to work. The hallways definitely could use a cleaning on the carpets. My room was clean as it was a newer updated room. Very safe and near downtown. "

"Oh my goodness gracious, first off you are ON AN ISLAND!! Yes, that's right it's an Island Resort Hotel n downtown Gatlinburg. There is a sidewalk that follows the perimeter of the island and allows you access to the river for fishing or sightseeing. Look out for bears, you will see bears. This was the nicest hotel I've stayed at in the area, I just loved it. If you have kids you can stay all day at the resort and order food to your chair as you are pool-side. Definitely coming back again. 11/10"
"Support the local businesses. A WONDERFUL Mom& Pop motor hotel that has been refurbished to meet the needs of today’s travelers. Warm and welcoming, we were greeted and quickly checked in. Rooms are pristinely clean and have a generous amount of bathroom needs. Sundry supplies are good. Weekend offered a made to order delicious breakfast. Trolly stop to Gatlinburg downtown is directly across the street . Definitely a place I would return to. "
