"We had a wonderful and relaxing time here. This b&b is tucked away from the hustle of town while still being conveniently located. The grounds are lovely to walk around, and we enjoyed seeing the various animals that live nearby. Toni is a wonderful host to the guests and really made all the difference in our stay. "If you want to stay in a room that is a little bit out of the hustle and bustle of downtown Bryson, this is certainly a choice. What really fried me and I couldn't get over it for the 2 nights we stayed, was the size of the room or rather closet that we stayed in. Also, but bad on me for not checking, but there was no elevator. I am mobility challenged (crutches) so it was a bY*O getting up to the 2nd floor where our little closet was. "Close to restaurants and shopping. Great Smokey Mountain Railroad Train Depot about a 2 minute drive from their parking lot. The staff is AMAZING! They give you options for your breakfast and serve it exactly the way you want it. The homemade blueberry bread is delicious. You will get a tour of the grounds as soon as you arrive. The rooms are very clean. The whole place is very charming. I highly recommend. "

There’s never any worker at the front desk, the only reason I got into my hotel is because some dude went up to us and gave us a number to get into the room. There was a hole in the roof of our showers. The beds are pretty nice. It’s a very easy walk to down town."
