"Had an ironing board but no iron. Bathroom sink wouldn’t plug. The toilet would tilt if you sat on it and leaned to the right. It wasn’t installed correctly. The second bedroom had a nightstand but no plugs any where near it. Had plugs down the side of one bed that weren’t convenient or safe to use. Had 3 sets of plugs on one wall in the living room. One could have been reversed to the opposite side of the wall and been in the bedroom near the nightstand. I understand that it is an older place...

"There is no human contact. You get a code.. you go to door beside an A&W. You go up some stairs and enter the room with a second code. Its very basic, but given the price in downtown Toronto, it was a good place to crash. Clean and tidy. If you know the neighbourhood, you hear the locals all night and there are some pretty colourful characters on the street. Room was small, so one person fine, two people.. probably cramped. Not sure I would feel extremely safe if I was a single young lady. "

"Worst experience ever! I cannot believe this motel is listed on Expedia. We booked three rooms for our family trip and we checked out first thing in the morning. There was moist in every room, bath tubs and bed sheets were disgustingly dirt and smelly. Worst part: first floor facing the parking lot was litteraly a brodel, even police came in during the night. Common areas were extremely dirt and price was boosted. 1500$ for 2 nights, 3 rooms, for a hell of a place. I am expecting a rembursement...

"Erica and the Ode were awesome. Little Portugal was a super organic and safe place to hangout. Lots of cool coffee and places to eat. The Ode was accommodating and helpful with all our needs. We loved the room and all its amenities. We’ll be coming back."
