"I was attending a 2 day conference at Excel and travelling alone, so felt safe if I had to return alone in the evening. Staff were super helpful. I had a "take away" my first evening and in the mornings they were happy to freshly poach eggs for me. On the second evening I went to a nearby Chinese restaurant with colleagues. Unfortunately the Excel building was locked and I had to walk around the outside to get to the hotel. I had walked almost the full length of the path when I came to a fence...

"We stayed at The Holiday Inn as we were here to see Abba Voyage. Hotel in an ideal location for Abba and Westfield shopping centre. We also walked to Olympic park. The tube is direct from Waterloo to Stratford and then 10 minute walk to hotel. Hotel breakfast was included and though slightly busy there were plenty of tables and fresh food brought out regularly. No big queues! Room was clean and adequate for our needs though a little small. Would recommend for any Abba fans!!! "

"Our family choose to stay at Novotel in recent 2 years because of the hotel is dog friendly. This time we were so disappointed because of the staff at the restaurant.
