"The only positive thing about this hotel is its location, conveniently located close to subway stations and just a short walk away from the Tower of London.
The rooms are extremely small; even the sink is outside of the bathroom!
The bed is surrounded by walls and the window on three sides! So if you’re two people, one has to climb to their side of the bed!

"One of the most interesting experiences I've ever had in a hotel. The pods' size was spacious enough for a person to sleep comfortably and keep their belongings. The staff was nice and helpful, and the ambience felt dream-like, especially the bathrooms, which in itself was a great experience. I was surprised by how clean the bathrooms were, given the number of people who would use those bathrooms. Would absolutely come back whenever I traveled to London again."

"Big hotel, walking distance from Waterloo station, in a busy built up area.
We had some small issues during our stay, but overall it was satisfactory.
We had water flooding from our ceiling, and I called reception to report it. An hour later no one had arrived so I reported it again on my way out. By the time I returned that evening it had been fixed.
The AC wouldn't go colder than 22 degrees in our rooms. It was 33 degrees in London that week, so it was very warm overnight.
