"Not the same Conrad. Probably the worst of all Conrads I have stayed at. And we gave stayed here numerous times. The front desk was not welcoming, took our credit card and gave our room keys. Period. No instruction on the elevator, no information given. The room was nice and clean. The toilet cubicle smelled like it was not cleaned. The restaurant had good food, the night server was not so warm, the morning crew was better. Cannot give us even an hour of late check out. So we practically...

"I was very pleased with my stay. The staff was welcoming, and the room was clean, nice and quiet. The morning coffee in the lobby was a nice treat, and the dining room menu was terrific, and the food was delicious. There was a nice courtyard to relax, and the neighborhood was convenient, safe and peaceful. One suggestion: More and brighter overhead lights in room."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Willard. The hotel’s historic elegance, unbeatable location, and exceptional service made our trip especially memorable. We booked a Junior 2 Queen Bed Suite, which worked perfectly for our family. The separate sitting area with a pull-out couch gave our kids their own space to sleep. "Location is the star here. Very close to National mall and restaurants. Area is generally safe Hotel was fine - though for a new hotel there are already signs of wear (wallpaper starting to peel). Also, I know dc is hot and temp is gate to regulate but the room just felt constantly “damp.” I didn’t try the restaurant but no room service. Again, not a bad stay - got the price it was fine"

"Favorite place to stay in DC. There was a problem with the A/C but maintenance fixed it right away. Staff is courteous and the rooms are spacious."

"Very convenient to the Capitol, and the rooftop bar was very cool with views of the Capitol Dome. I went in the evening/after sunset, and I couldn't read the menu as it was a small narrow font and there wasn't much light. But the staff was very helpful and the property is pretty new; overall, really enjoyed my stay!"

"Great stay. Easy check-in and lovely staff. The room was great and had extensive amenities. Only slight disappointment was that the pool was a reflection pool (3 inch depth), which felt deceiving from the website."

"The room was clean, the hotel was fantastic, the location is Grade A. The staff is incredible. We had a bit of an issue and they went above and beyond to troubleshoot and made everything right. I would definitely stay here again when I’m back to DC."

"There were issues with the elevators. Each time I got in it it stalled on that floor and didn't move anywhere and the door would have to open and close a few times."
